LE-9265 is a modified saturated cyclic aliphatic epoxy resin system.

LH-9265 is a modified weather-resistant anhydride hardener.

Applications

  • Tailored for outdoor electrical insulation in medium and high voltage applications.
  • Ideal for 12 kV to 40.5 kV contact boxes, insulators, bushings, and other insulation products.

Processing Methods

  • Conventional Gravity Casting Process under vacuum.
  • Automatic Pressure Gelation Process (APG).
  • The production process can be customized to meet the client's current manufacturing practices.

Properties

  • This two-component saturated cyclic epoxy resin system is free of pre-mixed fillers and remains liquid at room temperature.
  • Offers excellent thermal shock resistance, outstanding environmental durability, and superior mechanical and dielectric properties.
